[Tomb of George Washington 1826]. Interesting "Cane Maker" letter. Half page, 7 ½ x 10". The writer describes and illustrates how to make a cane with ivory, gold and wood taken from the tomb of Washington to be presented to a friend, calling for an inscription in gold at top: "L Hagan from T Duffy 1827". Very Good.
