(g) The Mašek Collection of Czech and European Gold Coins | Czechoslovakia, First Republic (1918-1939), '10th Anniversary of the Republic, 1918-1928', Decennial Commemorative Medallic 4-Dukáty (4-Ducats), 1928, Kremnitz, by Otakar Španiel, JSEM RAŽEN Z CESKÉHO KOVU, Saint driving plow drawn by Devil left, Medieval miner ascending from ground by ladder, holding oil lamp, barren tree and machinery on either side; all within beaded square, rev. Coat-of-arms, bordered by laurel branches on either side, 1918-1928 above, arms surmounted by St. Wenceslas, raising hand in benediction and holding banner, knight on horseback, holding lances behind, .987 hallmark and K beneath shield, edge milled, 13.97g, 12h (Fb. 6; M&CH CSR1-MED1; Schlum. 54; Novotný I.A; KM XM4), pin scratch at 6 o'clock on obverse and rim scuffing at reverse 2 o'clock and subsequently conserved by NGC, otherwise bright and lustrous, a bolder very fine / extremely fine, scarce, only 1,000 pieces reportedly struck, in NGC holder, graded AU Details ~ Obverse Scratched (Cert. #6135187-017)
