(x) Banco Entre-Riano, Argentina, 1 peso moneda boliviana, 1 June 1870, serial number 31611, (Bauman ENR-22, Pick S1661a), Paper Money of Argentina Plate Note. After recognising the need for a central bank in the province to facilitate trade, the governor created the Banco Entre-Riano. Due to the province's proximity to Uruguay, and presumably large amount of trade was done with them, the banknotes were based on Bolivian money. Pencil annotation at reverse, very good, scarce
