Britannia seated right, edge milled, 1.89g, 1h (Spink 3913; ESC 3346 [1948] [R3]; Pywell-Phillips 676), striking softness to highest points, otherwise an extremely rare date, especially in such a high grade as this, beautifully toned with full underlying mint bloom, extremely fine but much as issued, in NGC 'Francis' holder, graded MS63 (Cert. #5878644-008)
