Due date of January 1, 1783, with a per year interest of six percent. Signed by H. Gardner, Treasurer; Scollay and Green members of the Committee. Used by Massachusetts and other states to pay costs incurred during the Revolutionary War. VF, with a very small repaired edge tear. In a PASS-CO holder.
