Mifflin, Thomas (1744-1800). 1795 deed to 49,000 acres of land in Montgomery County Georgia signed by Thomas Mifflin, who was the first Governor of Pennsylvania. Mifflin served as an aide -de-camp for George Washington. Also signed by James Wilson, a signer of the Declaration of Independence representing the State of Pennsylvania. Very fine details, but there are fold junction holes.
