Napoleon Bonaparte (1769-1821), letter on both sides of one page, dated in Paris on March 30, 1809, showing autograph endorsement signed ''Nap.'', addressed to General Clarke, then Minister of War, concerning the transfer of soldiers between denoted military units. The paper used features a watermarked portrait of Napoleon within a surrounding text "Napoleon Empereur des Français, Roi d'Italie". Very good.
