Wyoming Coal and Iron Company (PA), $500 6% Bond, 1856, red $500, train, Washington on horseback, farmer, Pennsylvania arms, eagle and shield, miner. The first mines in Wyoming were owned by the Wyoming Coal and Mining Company, which leased the land from the Union Pacific Railroad, then sold the coal to the railroad for a profit. Very Fine+, with a short edge split at the top.
