China. Russo-Asiatic Bank. Harbin Branch. 1910 Provisional Issue. 50 Dollars. ND. P-S465. No. A8410. Bank name, office and denomination overprinted in black on Tientsin Hong Ping Hua Pao Tael issue. Value on dragon at center, facing view of bank building back center. This interesting overprint issue was made as a result of the creation of the Russo-Asiatic Bank in July 1910 from a merger of the Russo-Chinese Bank and the Banque du Nord. PMG Choice Uncirculated Net 64. Foreign substance (in margin). Very rare especially in this grade.
