Crown flanked by P-O, above"IO (trefoil with three pellets) III" between lines / XXXX, line below crown above, all within beaded circle, rev. Cross, cruciform rosette in each angle, in beaded circle. Gomes 80.02. Very rare. Extremely Fine and Choice for type. A similar example brought 750 Euros in the October 2015 Numisma Sale in Lisbon, the example here a tad better.
