Sarawak. Charles Johnson Brooke, Rajah (1868-1917). Sarawakan-Malay Coin Necklace or Waist Belt. Composed of 14 Sarawak 50-Cent coins -- 1900 H (8), 1906 H (6), and a Straits 50 Cents 190x (1907-1908). Strung on a ring chain, ring-holed twice on each side of coins, and joined by a leaf-pattern clasp. In actual wear, the coins grade Fine-Very Fine. An interesting piece.
