Kinner Airplane and Motor Corporation Ltd (CA), a trio of certificates; 'less than 100 shares' of $1, [1934], #LA07635; 100 shares of $1, [1936], #LA13062; unspecified quantity of $1 shares, [1936], #LAB983, ornate border and vignette of aircraft above title, brown, black and orange respectively, printed by Jeffries Banknote Co., VF & EF. Founded in Glendale, California in 1920's. Failed in 1937 and the aircraft diviion was sold to Timm Aircraft Co and the engine division was reoraganised as Kinner Motor Inc. but this also failed in 1946.
