Crescent Aircraft Corporation (NJ), certificate for shares of class A stock, [1930], #5249, ornate border with scrollwork, American Eagle at top, brown and black, printed by Hasbrouck, Thistle & Co., split at top, VF.

Incorporated in NJ in 1928 by aviator Clarence D. Chamberlin. Chamberlin was sued by a stockholder for gross mismanagement of the company in 1932 but by that time the company was virtually dormant presumably because Chamberlin was concentrating his efforts on the new Jersey City airport.
