The Maibohm Motors Company, (OH), a pair of certificates comprising; shares of $10, [1920], #B223, ornate border, vignette at top of allegorical figures with Maibohm coat of arms, green and black, printed by Columbian Bank Note Co.; fractional dividend warrant, Ohio 1920, #1205, ornate border, green with orange underprint, EF. (2).

Formed in 1916 from the family business of wagon manufacturers. The Racine factory burnt in 1918 and manufacture was moved to Sandusky in the following year. The company failed in 1922 and was sold to Arrow Motors but Maibohm had already moved on to radio manufacture.
