Autograph on card. 4) Letter signed by Leroy Pope Walker, as CSA Secretary of War, regarding telegraph operations. Sep't. 2, 1861. On CSA War Department letterhead. 5) Stephen Mallory, CSA Secretary of the Navy. Navy Department letter signed, April 10, 1865, Danville, ordering Paymaster Jones to turn over foreign exchange to another Paymaster. 6) John H. Reagan, Confederate Postmaster General.
