Roman Imperial. Tiberius (14-37). AR Denarius, 'Tribute Penny'. Lugdunum (Lyon), ca. 18-35. 3.77 gms. Laureate head r., one ribbon end curled on neck, the other bifurcated behind, rev. Livia cast as Pax seated r., holding an olive branch and long scepter, on a chair with ornamented legs on a single line. RIC 30, RSC 16a. Obverse slightly shallow strike as is often the case. Good Very Fine.
