VG-F, light soiling on the back, very tight lower margin, and the signatures have faded away. Despite these detriments, the note has even wear, good color and contrast, and is from a very desirable location.

A 1902 series only bank was liquidated in 1923. Of the seven notes recorded in the census, two are the much more expensive red seals.
