Atlantic Steam Packet (SC) 1863. 1 Share. No.391. On blue paper. Steamship. Embossed seal at lower left that states "ATLANTIC STEAM PACKET COMPANY OF THE CONFEDERATE STATES." IU. VF details, with a repair on the right side that is not distracting. Some light waterstains. Ships of this company ran the Union blockade. This was a risky, but highly profitable venture. This is the only "blockade runner" issue with the"CONFEDERATE STATES" imprint.
