Custer, George Armstrong. An additional group of ten envelopes addressed to "Mrs. Genl Custer" - some: "Mrs. Genl GA Custer". All in General Custer´s distinctive hand. Five locations are represented - Monroe, MI; Fort Leavenworth and Fort Riley, KS; Cleveland; and "339 Penn Avenue". One end of each envelope is torn off - save on one, and the postal cancels slightly affect the signatures. Sold as is. [10]
