Wilson, Woodrow Twenty-eighth President of the United States (1856-1924, served 1913-21); awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to establish the League of Nations. Partly printed Document Signed "Woodrow Wilson" as President, 1 p, folio, Washington, April 29, 1915. Also signed by Secretary of War "Ludley M. Parrish". Wilson names Oliver P. Robinson a captain of infantry, effective from April 22. With blue War Department seal and signature of Adjutant General "H.P. McCain". Light edge wear, some offsetting and toning, paper clip stain at upper left, overall VG. Robinson was an instructor at the General Service Schools at Ft. Leavenworth, KS.
