Apache Gold Mining Co, 1000 $1 shs, Colorado Springs, 1896, signed by WH Kistler as president, CO state seal, black with orange border and outstanding underprint vista of "Victor Battle Mt and Mines," erupting volcano on verso, uncanceled, fold and edge wear, but VF+. It is fitting that Kistler´s company should have such an interesting design, for it was printed (as were many Cripple Creek stocks) by the WH Kistler Stationery Co of Denver.
