Somaliland 1884 mourning envelopes (2, one torn through opening) from the same correspondence to Plymouth, both marked on reverse as emanating from Berbera (4 Oct. and 17 Nov.), the former bearing India 1/2a. and 4a. cancelled "B" in bars with Aden c.d.s. alongside and showing Sea Post Office c.d.s. (8. 10) on reverse, the latter bearing G.B. 21/2d. lilac vertical pair applied and cancelled on arrival in London. A rare and early pair of covers from Somaliland.
