1891 (19 Feb.) envelope to London bearing 1887 1d. brownish claret strip of three, the left stamp bisected diagonally, clearly tied by "F.I." in oval of bars and showing "falkland island's" double-ring d.s. with red arrival c.d.s. (13.4) on reverse; the envelope with small repaired tear at top left. Rare. Sc. 5d; S.G. 8a, £2000. (WF).
