1850-1940 collection of covers and stationery items, mostly a family correspondence from Europe and addressed to Vienna which includes Austria from Austria-Hungary period, some registered, a quantity of unused and used stationery cards displaying a variety of postmarks, feldpostkarte cards and envelopes, mostly unused, first republic period, World War II and some later, some Hungary, Germany from 1853 stampless cover, 1874 21/2g in large figures on much travelled and returned from San Francisco, Bavaria and Wurttemburg, some Switzerland including unused prisoner of war cards, France with various sowers, G.B. includes Continental Night Mail c.d.s., Italy, Egypt, Tunisia 1897 picture post card, Japan Chrysanthemums, U.S.A. with early meter mail and others. Also a further selection loose in carton which includes some more recent, again with strength in Europe, particularly Austria and Germany, miniature envelopes, airmails, early Korea cover. A spectacular selection which includes some useful airmails, early meter mail and with numerous unusal and interesting dispersed throughout.
