1916 (19 Dec.) envelope (opened-out) registered from Tabora "via Mombasa" (deleyed) to Paris, bearing overprinted 25c with fine "tabora" double-ring d.s. and with red registration label with typed "Postes Mil./Leger Post No1", Elisabethville, Albertville and two other transit c.d.s. on reverse; the envelope craesed though an early usage of the overprinted issue.
