1916 (14 Nov.) envelope (one flap missing and addressee expunged) from Kigoma to the Quartermaster General and addressed in French "towards Tabora. Cause to follow", bearing 5c., 10c. (corner example with sheet number "69"), 40c. and 50c., each cancelled with very faint "Kigoma" h.s. and all but the 10c. with fine "postes militaires" c.d.s. with further strikes alongside and on reverse.
