1904 (6 Sept.) envelope from Kamiti (a settlement near Nairobi) to England, bearing 1903 1a. grey and red cancelled by a fine strike of the "kamiti" single-ring d.s., Nairobi and Mombasa transit c.d.s. on reverse; the envelope with a few small faults though a very rare cancellation from this experimental post office which was opened in August 1904 and closed on 1 February 1905.
