Elizabeth I, sixth issue, Crown, 2.79g., bust 8C, elaborate crowned bust left with long hair flowing from base of the ruff, reads elizab, rev. crowned square-topped shield with er at sides, scvtvm fidei proteget ea, pellet stops, m.m. 2 (Brown & Comber H24; Schneider 817 (same dies); N.2010; S.2541), a full round coin, extremely fine, extremely rare of this mintmark, possibly only five or six known Estimate £4,000-5,000 provenance:
