Lucknow: 1832 (15 Aug.) entire letter (climatic toning) to Cawnpore showing a fine strike of the extremely rare framed "lucknow/postpaid/18" with rest of date and rate (6 as. double) in manuscript (HG 4, one recorded), the letter has portions of the front and reverse missing and is of a fragile nature but remains an important item from this historic city.
