Ireland 1699 (Apr.) entire addressed to Dublin, the address panel showing superb strike of the straight-line "mvllingar" of Mullingar in a brownish hue, the reverse with Dublin "AP/20" Bishop Mark across the join; slightly rubbed filing fold but well clear of the first strike.
