Plate XI PL, just touched to large margins, on entire letter from London to Worcestershire dated 24 February 1841, tied by good strike of the black Maltese Cross; a few tiny surface faults, the entire much split around the perimeter and the address panel almost separated from the interior, otherwise fine.
