ILLUSTRATED AND PRINTED ENVELOPES 1842 small Valentine envelope, the front and back each with double-framed pink border, used locally in London, bearing 1841 1d. plate 21, IE, tied by very fine black Maltese Cross, showing red "Millbank St." alongside, the reverse with 14 February 1842 datestamp; light creases clear of adhesive and in no way detracting.
