1884-1913 Post-Classic Period
1895, "Mulitas", the complete set reproduced on a sheet in which each value is illustrated in black within a blue frame imitating a stamp's perforation, presented with a certain harmony against a blue background titled "Timbres Postales Mexicanos", together with various ornaments and envelopes representing the postal theme, and illustrations of the main courtyard of the post office building and of the stamp printing department. In the lower right corner, a text in pinkish red explains that this is a reproduction of the stamps of the issue of 2nd April 1895, by kind special concession of the "Secretaría de Comunicaciones", using a steel plate employed for that purpose by the "Oficina Impresora del Timbre". Very few pieces known and of great visual appeal.
