1895 (14 Mar.) triple rate envelope (253x108mm.) ex the Thompson correspondence registered to West Hartlepool bearing 1c., 2c., 3c., 5c. and 1895 4c., all cancelled with Sarawak c.d.s. in violet, in combination with Straits Settlements 1882 8c. (2) and 1883 5c. cancelled with Singapore c.d.s. (18.3), showing fine framed "sarawak/registered letter/date" violet below the adhesives, London Registered oval d.s. (14.4) and, on reverse, a further Singapore c.d.s. and Hartlepool arrival d.s. (15.4); the envelope with a couple of vertical creases though a scarce and attractive combination franking. Photo
