OHMS envelope (228x102mm.) with embossed "the government of british north borneo" on flap, addressed to "Tayninh Cochinchina" and redirected to Saigon, bearing 1892 6c. bright green cancelled with nine-bar oval and with Labuan c.d.s. below and showing, on reverse, Singapore (5.12), Tayninh (12.12) and Saigon datestamps; light gum marks around adhesive and the envelope with vertical creases clear of the adhesive.
