1943 (Oct. 23). Registered commercial envelope from a law firm from Tirana to Elbasan, correctly paying the 25q.+25q. domestic registered rate with 2q., 3q. single and block of four, 5q. pair and 25q. blue, all tied by "B" c.d.s. of Tirana on the first day of issue, with receiving c.d.s. on back (22.10.1943, 9am) possibly not updated since that morning. Some tone spots not affecting the franking. The internally circulated, genuinely travelled mail from this period is very rare. Michel 2, 3, 4, 7.
