1919, (1 gr.) red stationery envelope with handstamp of the Elbasan Financial Office and double-headed eagle in black, very well preserved in unused condition. Only about 500 were issued, of which few have survived complete, with about ten recorded, as the area of the seals was often cut out. Michel 1; €3,800.
