Cover from Durres to Hinterbrühl, Austria, correctly franked with pair of 2nd Issue 20pa. red, tied by bilingual "durazzo" c.d.s. on departure (type produced for this local administration), with arrival (19.5) c.d.s. at left. Some gum spots around the stamps as usually found with this issue. A rare and appealing usage. Michel 18.
