1913, assembly comprising 14 overprinted Turkish stamps used and unused, including different types of overprints, with several cancelled by "Vëlorë/Vallona" c.d.s. from the Vlorë telegraph office, as well as part of telegram dispatch receipt and one cover to Trieste with 5pa. (2) examples for the printed matter rate when there was a shortage of values in Durres. A rare and appealing lot.
