1913, 25pi. dark green, crisp impression and vivid colour, good centring for this issue and very well perforated, attractive impression of the overprint, cancelled by Vlone c.d.s. Discoloration in margin, resulting from soaking in an envelope; of natural origin and not detracting. One of the five rarest stamps of Albanian philately, of which just 35 examples were issued. Cert.
