1913 (June 24). (1pi.) black handstamp on envelope from Peqin to Fier, cancelled by Peqin c.d.s. in violet, with additional strikes of Lushje c.d.s. in blue and Fier (25.6) c.d.s. in purple alongside. A couple of archive folds do not detract from this very fresh and very scarce non-philatelic early usage from a locality with an estimated population of only 2,000–3,000 inhabitants in 1913.
