Large inter Post and Telegraph stampless cover from Qukës to Fier, bearing an unclear strike of the c.d.s. of Qukës, overstruck by another poorly applied c.d.s. of Elbasan (28.6) over one month later, showing alongside c.d.s.'s of Peqin in violet (25.6), Lushje in blue (8.7) and Fier in violet (13.7). An extremely rare mail from this period showing five different postmarks and without franking, probably sent at a time when the first handstamp issue was not yet available in Qukës in May. Cert.
