(Cooper Type D) on reverse, the face with boxed "paquebot" handstamp in black; Also 1897 (6 Jan.) India 1a. on 1½a. U.P.U. post card from Mandalay, Burma, to Bonn, Germany, the face struck with Mandalay, Rangoon, and Sea Post Office d.s., contents written in German travelling by "native boat". A scarce duo.
