1921 (21 Nov.) red band envelope registered to Waikwan, bearing, on the reverse, Sinkiang overprint on Junk 3c., 4c. (2) and 8c. tied by Kitai English/Chinese c.d.s. with Lanchow (2.12) Peking (9.12) and the arrival c.d.s. (9.12) alongside with a good example of the sixteen character Kitai censor label (worm holes at left), the address side with further despatch c.d.s. and the boxed registered handstamp; there are a few other worm holes. A good cover paying 9c. postage plus 10c. registration and a scarce censor label (Kitai had four types). Photo
