(x) Government of Cyprus, *TOP POP* 10/- Shillings, 1st August 1933, serial number B/1 03051, (Pick 17), in PMG holder 64 Choice Uncirculated, by far and away the single finest graded on PMG census. Of only seven other examples listed on the PMG Population Report, which includes all three dates of issue, one is graded 10 Very Good, another at 20 Very Fine, and three come in at 25 Very Fine. The closest to the present example are two in 30 Very Fine, an astonishing rarity, with only three known examples of this date.
