The mounted C.B.E. dress miniature group of four awarded to Mr. G. H. Griffith, Egyptian State Railways, who earned immense plaudits from the Egyptian Government and an M.I.D. in 1916 for his aid to the war effort despite receiving no medallic representation for this service
