She has completely reformed the methods of teaching used and has succeeded in obtaining the highest rate of examination successes this unit has ever had. She had maintained her drive and initiative in spite of having to use inadequate equipment and accommodation and in the face of constantly changing staff and classes - circumstances which would have defeated anyone of loss resolute and determined spirit. Her devotion to her work, her outstanding example of loyalty, to the unit and her Corps, her enthusiasm and her efficiency have all had a marked effect on the morale of her pupils in particular and of the hospital in general and have gone beyond the normal call of duty.'
