The rare pair awarded to Private J. Robertson, 71st (Highland) Regiment of Foot (Light Infantry)

Military General Service 1793-1814, 3 clasps, Roleia, Vimiera, Corunna (James Robertson, 71st Foot); Regimental Medal, silver, hallmarks for London 1808 with maker's initials 'T.C.', 38mm diam., obverse crown above the numerals '71' and '10 Years Service' below and 'Light Infantry' below that and with 'For Courage Loyalty & Good Conduct', reverse thistle, shamrock and rose intertwined with legend 'Tria Juncta In Uno' around the edge, fitted with straight bar suspension and named 'James Robertson 71st Highlanders', light contact marks, very fine (2)
