Purchased Delhi, January 2009.

During 1891, the 26th Bombay Infantry became a “Balochi” regiment, being reconstituted with Pathans, Balochis and Hazaras. They were sent with Jacob’s Rifles to China in 1900 to supress the Boxer Rebellion.
