Striking blue and green, this note features the historic Landing of Columbus vignette at the left, and the national arms prominently at top centre. The reverse presents a scenic view of a mountain with a sailing ship.

This issue represents a one-off design. Although elements from this design can be seen across the subsequent issues of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, this design layout is unique to just this distinctive and desirable type.
